This class can retrieve the rankings of users from the SPOJ site.

It can send a HTTP request to the Sphere Online Judge site to retrieve the page with the rankings statistics of a given user.

The class can parse the given user page and extract the user world rankings, points, country, institution, solved problems, etc..
