This class can send push notifications message to Android devices.

It can send a HTTP request to the Google Cloud Messaging API server to send a given message to a list of one or more Android devices.

The time to live of the message and the package name are configurable parameters.

PHP class to send messages using Google Cloud Messaging Service.
With options to set restricted_package_name and time_to_live
